Pizzazz Magazine: What would you say is the highlight of your life so far and how does it compare to your overall goals?
Cocktail Doll: My son is the most important thing in my life, which is really ironic since Ive never wanted kids and never thought I would have any.
Pizzazz Magazine: Who was the first person to tell you getting into your profession was a crazy idea? At what point did you agree (even if it was momentarily)?
Cocktail Doll: No one told me I was crazy to get into cocktailing, but once I got into it a lot of people would ask me when I was going to get a real job.
Pizzazz Magazine: Have you made contacts using the Internet that you know you wouldn't have made if it weren't for the web being so accessible?
Cocktail Doll: Definitely. I have met so many people because of my web site. Most are just people who want to let me know they like my web site, but some are people who have linked to me or have given me exposure in some way.
Pizzazz Magazine: Funny how it usually works. We grow up wanting to be firefighters or nurses, then due to the glory of media, rock stars, actors, or millionaires and then reality sits in... We always end up being ourselves... Good or bad... What's your story?
Cocktail Doll: Talent will get you nowhere without luck and hard work. I have the desire to be rich (who doesnt?!) but not the drive
so I became a cocktail waitress. Its not such a bad alternative!

Cocktail Doll: Own a house.

Pizzazz Magazine: Did the people around you change when you went out looking to succeed in this field? Sometimes those who weren't so supportive in the beginning suddenly become supportive or possibly vice versa; they became thorns in your side....
Cocktail Doll: Some of my family members, the ones who didnt support me at first, suddenly respected me when they realized I made more money than they did.
Pizzazz Magazine: What is your most frequently asked question and/or what question makes you crazy whenever asked but you somehow remain composed enough to answer?
Cocktail Doll: Do you live here (in Vegas)?
Pizzazz Magazine: Who do you see on TV or hear on the radio that just makes you wonder how in the hell they got where they are today or who in the hell does that person know?
Cocktail Doll: Tori Spelling. Can you say patrimony?

Cocktail Doll: These two guys are sitting at a bar on the top floor of a 10-story building. Theyre getting pretty drunk, so the first guy says to the second guy, Did you know theres an air pocket at the bottom of this building? The construction company built it that way to prevent people from killing themselves if they fall off. You can jump off the balcony and bounce right back up here, unharmed. The second guy says, Get outta here. The first guy says, Serious. Ill bet you a hundred bucks I can do it. The second guy says, Youre on. So the first guy jumps off the balcony, and bounces right back up, unharmed. The second guy is in disbelief, but gives him a hundred bucks and says, Cool! I wanna try that. So he jumps off the balcony, and falls to his death. The bartender says to the first guy, Superman, youre an asshole.
Pizzazz Magazine: What is your favorite music album of all time and what music group do you listen to most often?
Cocktail Doll: I go through phases where Ill listen to J. Lo or Dr. Hook or Christina Aguilera continuously. But usually I listen to mix CDs that Ive made, compilations of alternative, classic rock, dance, love songs, and rock.
Pizzazz Magazine: Who should hang up their hat in your business? Why?
Cocktail Doll: Lazy employees who call in or always want to leave work early, making the rest of us work harder to cover their asses!
Pizzazz Magazine: Tell me your favorite movie genre, name a few titles too, and maybe the video or DVD you have watched the most:
Cocktail Doll: Comedy. My favorite movie of all time is Theres Something About Mary, which Ive probably seen about 50 times. I also love musicals and classics, like The Sound of Music, and Gone With the Wind.
Pizzazz Magazine: What TV show do you miss from childhood...? I used to love Land of the Giants and Dance Fever (kidding on that one)....
Cocktail Doll: There are so many! I loved Casper the Friendly Ghost, Get Smart, Gomer Pyle, Heckyl & Jeckyl, H.R. Pufnstuf, and The Mickey Mouse Club.
Pizzazz Magazine: Ever had someone from your past try and track you down after realizing what you do for a living now and bug the tar out of you? I know this seems like the same questions as, "did people change" but it isn't meant to be....
Cocktail Doll: My ex-boyfriend came looking for me at a casino I used to work at, but I was off that day. Then he looked me up on Classmates.com and e-mailed me on the pretext that he wanted to return a ring that belonged to me. When I replied that he could send it to my sisters address, I never heard from him again.
Pizzazz Magazine: If you were anyone else besides yourself, who would you be (even for just a day, on a good day of course) and did you emulate them growing up?
Cocktail Doll: Madonna. I would love to know what its like to be that self-confident, to have such discipline and drive. Also, to have the power that she has over people.
